These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Meant mobile app and the website at www.meantfor.ai (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
The service
Meant helps you capture who you meet, take notes, and follow up — including, if you choose to connect it, reading your Google Calendar to log meetings and tag them to your contacts. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to be responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Your content
You own the content you create in Meant — your contacts, notes, and drafts. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host and process that content so we can provide the Service to you. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Connected services
If you connect a third-party service such as Google Calendar, your use of that service remains subject to that provider’s own terms and policies. You’re responsible for having the right to connect any account you link, and you can disconnect it at any time. Our access to Google Calendar is read-only, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload others’ personal data without a lawful basis, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or access it in unauthorized ways.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you through the app or by email. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
